E-Z RAD
Grid Bar Positioning and holding System
The
E-Z RAD is a vertical workstation that simplifies cutting,
assembly and installation of the 3 or 5 spoke muntin
starburst pattern
in a shaped glass IG unit.
Designed and
built by Nupro Products and sold exclusively by Edgetech
IG Inc., the E-Z RAD is used in conjunction
with the 3 or 5 prong Nupro Products starburst end clip
and the specially designed "C" or "D" ring
muntin holder.
The
E-Z RAD:
- reduces
the time and material waste of muntin assembly
- decreases
the application time to place the
muntins in the unit
- allows
for precision muntin placement into the unit
- eliminates
contamination of
the glass
and air space
- helps
maintain maximum desiccant activity levels in the spacer
